Windows 7 does not ship with an Email Client.
The beta of Windows 7 came bundled with “Windows Mail” but in the retail/final release this is not included and has to be downloaded as part of the Windows Live suite of products.
Some people on dialups might struggle as this is a large download and with session limits they might not be able to download the full product in one connection.
